The Inner Ground of Relationship is a gentle, embodied group journey for people who want to explore how to meet thesmselves with Presence, without trying to fix themselves or force change.Rather than focusing on outcomes in relationships, this journey turns toward the inner ground from which relationship happens: how you meet yourself, how your body responds in connection, and how certain parts of you have learned to protect. This work begins with being secure with yourself, and from there allows relationship with others to unfold more naturally.

Over these four sessions, we’ll explore:
• Ground and inner safety
Finding your ground in the body and establishing an inner sense of support.• Desire and how protection comes in.
Getting in touch in an embodied way with our longing, and and the parts that protect.• Protective Patterns in Relationships and the inner child.
Listening to what wants protection, connection, expression, or care.• Including more of your Self in relationships.
Bringing awareness into everyday relating, leading from the Higher Self and clarifying what feels true moving forward. Each session includes:Gentle embodied practicesGuided meditations.Simple parts work inquiry1.1 sharing within a respectful group space.Continued practice suggestions between sessions. You’re always invited to participate at your own pace.
This online journey stands fully on its own. Some people may also choose to attend the in-person retreat in April as a deeper immersion into the same territory. Participation in this course is not required for the retreat, though it can offer a gentle way to become familiar with the work and group field.
